Whirlwind Week....

What a week Metcalf Land & Lawn  has had. Our crew has been a lot of places this week, but not all for work. My father left Monday morning for a crop consultants meeting in Denver Colorado while Micah and I stayed home and worked. Then on Tuesday Micah left for Stillwater Oklahoma to attend a two day turf short course to better advance his knowledge of both turf and the turf industry. Last but not least was myself, I've had the oppurtunity to fly Wednesday afternoon out to sunny Scottsdale Arizona to attend a business meeting with my wife. (I am writing this from my hotel room at the Camelback Resort). In the mean time both my father and Micah returned from their meeting on Wednesday afternoon, and are back at work today. All the while I am relaxing in Arizona until tomorrow afternoon when we fly back to Enid and return to our normal lives. I would be remiss if I did not mention the fact that my Aunt Rhonda is the real trooper in this situation as she is the only one who has worked all week this week, so she deserves a gold star for that.

Bright and early Monday morning though we will return to work focused and driven, ready to spray lawns. I am truly excited about spraying lawns this year, we've got a good crew and we've planned well in hopes of having everything go smoothly and efficiently.

I really liked this post. You desibcre this topic very well. Your turf management company should recommend a professional assistance and advice towards the enhancement and care of your athletic fields. Grounds staff can be really creative and some have a gift of taking a doomed playing field and turning it into your very own field of dreams. These results encourage your sports teams, but more importantly, instill a community satisfaction and restore morale.
